Director Nemam Pushparaj`s latest film Vineeth-Kavya Madhavan starrer `Banaras` tells a love story under the background of Banaras. Kavya plays the role of Amritha and this is first time she plays as a classical dancer in her carrier. Vineeth acts as Hari , a research student on folk dances. He is the only son of a Malayalee professor who had been working in Banaras University. Born in Banaras,Hari was brought to his father`s native place in Kerala after the death of his mother. Later, his father was married to another woman, to look after Hari.
