Pachamarathanalil

Sreenivasan and Padmapriya teams up again for the new film `Pachamarathanalil`. Their previous film `Yes, Your Honour` was a hit. Pachamarathanalil tells a family story in a humorous manner. Sreenivasan plays the role of a cartoonist Sachithanandan and Padmapriya that of his wife Anu who is a government officer. Their life revolves around their 7 year old daughter Sneha portrayed by Baby Ahana. A very smart young kid, she gets an offer to model in an add film in Chennai. An unexpected incident on their travel to Chennai takes a turn in their lives... In fact, the story of `Pachamarathanalil` starts from here....

The film is directed and scripted by debutant Leo Thaddeus who has assisted Bhadran in films like Vellithira, Udayon etc. Produced by Suresh Kumar under the banner of Revathi Kalamandir, the shooting of the film is going on in locales in Palakkad, Pollachi and Thiruvananthapuram. Alphons Joseph scores music for the lyrics of Vayalar Sharat Chandra Varma and Jophy Tharakan. Cinematography is by Manoj Pillai and Ranjan Abraham make the sharp cuts. The film has an impressive star cast including Lalu Alex, Lal, Nassar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Bijukuttan, Sukumari and Sona Nair. Ahana, a Rajasthani settled in Chennai has done several advertisements and makes her debut with this film.

The movie is slated to hit the cinema halls by Vishu.
