“FRIDAY 11-11-11 Alapuzha” which narrates the events happening in a day. Set in the backdrop of Alapuzha, the movie tells the story of different relationships and depicts the lives of innocent people in a small town during the day.
There won’t be an interval all through the movie makes this a special one.
Fahad Fazil, the Protagonist in this film, will portray the character of an auto-rickshaw driver.
Produced by Thomas Joseph Pattathanam and Sandra Thomas under the banner of “INNOVATIVE FILM CONCEPTS” the film is directed debutant Lijin Jose who won the National Award for the Best Student’s Film for “Night is difficult to cut”. Worked as the Asst. Director for T.K.Rajeev Kumar, V.K. Prakash and Deepu Karunakaran. One of the Best short film “ Conditions Apply” was his work and it was nominated for several Film Fests.
The scrip is by “Apoorvaragam fame” Najeem Koya.
The film highlights the happenings which normally goes unnoticed in our day-to-day
busy life.
The film will be a commercial/family entertainer and a visual treat for the
movie lovers which touch all categories of life. The whole team behind the screen
too is confident that the movie would create a new trend in Mollywood in terms
of production and direction. The new comer to the industry – producer
Sandra Thomas says “In my experience, new generation directors prefer
young producers who can match their wavelength and are easy to get along. I
listen to a script and get confident of Script and Director and then commit
a film only if it excites”.
The everlasting memorable cast includes Nedumudi Venu, Fahad Fazil, Vijayaraghavan,
Prakash Bhare, Manu, Ann Augustine And Asha Sarath, and many more. Serial Actress
Asha Sarath, who makes her entry to Mollywood, play an important role in the
film. Jomon Thomas has done his bests in Camera. Lyrics by Beeyar Prasad and
music is composed by Roby Abraham. The songs and scenic beauty will stay long
in the memories of Movie lovers, and whole Kerala will sing.
The movie slated to release on August 18, 2012.
