Kamasutra 3D Synopsis

In all her godly beauty and bursting youth, a young Indian Princess sets out for a voyage across the oceans, in search of her husband whom she got married to, as a child. Amidst the extravaganzas of the most luxurious ship in the world, she goes through the most personal and transformative changes of body, mind and soul. An enigmatic fellow passenger the god of good looks and the Kamasutra master- introduces her to the forbidden world of sexual love and sensuality. The ship becomes the stage for many a dramatic moments. A mystery unfolds, that changes their lives for ever. Will love triumph over all odds? Or will it be destiny?.

Set in the backdrop of the ancient, Kamasutra 3D is the journey of a soulful love embodied with betrayal and war. It weaves the transformative changes in body, mind and soul by the forbidden world of sexual love and sensuality.

Kamasutra 3D by director Rupesh Paul is rolling, based on Vatsyayana`s famous creation of Kamasutra.

Sherlyn Chopra, the dusky siren, will be seen portraying the character of an Aphrodite. Other actors include Milind Gunaji, Nasser, Makarand Deshpande, Maleena Khan, Salim Kumar, Sushmita Mukherjee, , Gajendra Chauhan, Mohan Kapoor, Amit Bahl and others. King Mal Khan would debut with film as the male lead portraying the character of a Prince and a Naga Sanyasi.

This movie is a trilogy of the same name in different versions - Kamasutra 3D, Kamasutra 4D, Kamasutra 5D. The 4D and 5D versions would be released after the launch of the 3D version.

The story and screenplay has been written by Rupesh Paul. National Award winner, Kishore Te, would be editing the movie while the stereoscopy is to be handled by Marcus Lassinger from Hollywood. A sensuous item song in the movie would be choreographed by Saroj Khan. Mater Shiva Shankar also choreographed the moves in the movie. The stunt director, M S Micheal Raj and the best stunt choreographer from Thailand, Kecha Khamphakdee choreographed the stunt sequences.

The film will use an Auro 3D sound technology. The mixing would be done by Fasaludeen Abu Backer.

Kamasutra 3D has been earning a lot of success and fame at the 66th Cannes Film Festival with its book release on Kamasutra and recoding the highest ever the pre-sale figures of its International rights over there.
