'A Wednesday' narrates certain events that unfold between 2 and 6 pm on a particular Wednesday, which do not exist in any record but which deeply effects the lives of those involved.

Director Neeraj Pandey cleverly subverts the real-life headline-driven genre of cinema into a riveting race to the finish line in the movie. More over, powerful performances of the two principal actors Naseer and Anupam holds "A Wednesday" together.
