Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has praised ace
choreographer Ganesh Acharyas maiden Marathi directorial venture
"Bhikari". He says the film is good emotionally.
"Ganesh is one of the best technicians that we have in Indian film
industry today. All are talking about songs of the film, but I feel
emotional content of the film is really good. I feel this film is going
to be super hit," Shetty said at the music launch of the film here on
Sunday.
The music launch was also attended by celebrities like Bobby Deol,
Tusshar Kapoor and Shreyas Talpade.
Shreyas, who himself his gearing up for his first directorial venture
"Poster Boys", said: "I am feeling very happy because we haven't seen
such kind of music and choreography in Marathi films. The way the
entire film and song has been shot, for that I want to congratulate
Ganesh Acharya and his entire team to make this possible.
"I hope this film does superb business at the box office and break all
records of Marathi film industry because it has strong emotional
content as well."
Bobby shared that he "failed in the Marathi subject during class 5 and
my Marathi ended there itself."
"I really had fun watching promos and songs of the film. The film is
looking really big. I feel Ganesh has done amazing job with it so, I
wish all the luck to him and his film," he said.
"Bhikari" features Swapnil Joshi, Rucha Inamdar, Guru Thakur, Sayaji
Shinde and Pradip Kabra.
Ganesh has previously directed Hindi films like "Swami" and "Money Hai
Toh Honey Hai".
"Bhikari" revolves around the sensitive relationship between a mother
and her son in the backdrop of their business.
"Bhikari" is slated for a release on August 4.
