Ever since Piko Taro took the world by storm in August last year with his viral hit 'Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen,' the leopard-print loving Japanese star has managed to wrangle another fan into his kitty, and it is none other than Justin Bieber.
The 'Love Yourself' singer, took to Instagram and posted a photo of the two stars and captioned it, 'I have a pen'.
The two stars have finally met in person as part of a new ad campaign for Softbank, one of Japan's leading telecommunications providers.
Bieber is now on board with the telecommunications provider to help promote their 'Super Student' campaign, which provides discounted mobile phone plans for students under the ages of 18 and 25.
Over the last week, Bieber has broken out of his pop shell, and reinvented his commercial sensationalism as well.
He was featured in a T-Mobile advertisement during the Super Bowl, where he plays a hilarious 'Celebration Expert' and takes viewers through the history and development of celebratory dances, from the caveman era through modern day touchdown serenades.
