Hollywood star Hugh Jackman who has been given the title of sexiest man alive on earth, wants to get rid of "sexy" image as soon as he can.

The "X Men Origins: Wolverine" star had topped People magazine's 'Sexiest Man Alive' poll last year and although he was delighted by the honour, the actor admits he is ready to pass the title onto someone else so that he can stop looking after himself, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"There is immense pressure on me because of this title. I just have to look perfect all the time. I want to lose this title so that I can be a slob again. I thought there were thousands of other guys that deserved it, but it's been a great year," said Jackman.

Previous stars named 'Sexiest Man Alive' include Matt Damon, George Clooney, Johnny Depp, Matthew McConaughey and Jude Law.
